STANDARD SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA

WE OFFER $7 FLAT RATE AUS POST STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders.

Estimated shipping time is 2-12 business days depending on location.

EXPRESS POST

We offer a flat rate of $10 for delivery with Express Post Australia wide, with an expected delivery time of 1-4 working days depending on location. 

Please note - Express shipping is not overnight for Interstate customers. Usually delivery to states outside of NSW is 2-4 business days: even with express post. Only NSW customers will receive express post overnight. Please contact us for more info on express shipping times. 

Shoe boxes and heavy/larger items may incur additional shipping fees or be sent only with standard post at our discretion. 

In the very rare instance that your item is lost/stolen; Cupid & Beau is not responsible for items lost/stolen once delivered to your given address. 
Please provide us with the best address for safe delivery 

We are happy to contact Australia post if you are having issues with your parcel however we cannot guarantee that your item will be found or compensated in full.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS:

$20 for all International Orders.

$30 for Express International - Shipping time is usually 3-5 days.

(These delivery times are currently NOT accurate as we experience delays due to Covid -19)

You may be required to pay an additional amount for customs and duties.

Cupid & Beau is not responsible for any additional costs to your country. 

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on International returns.

We can offer credit note or exchange only.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Most orders within Australia will be received within 1-5 business days

Please allow up to 3-12 days for International orders.

All orders are sent via Australia Post within 48 hours of order placed.

REFUNDS

We will be able to offer you a refund for your return if you have purchased your item at its full retail price.

If you have applied our FIRST TIME BUYERS 15% off discount, that is absolutely fine, we will still refund your order.

Refunds will exclude shipping costs.

*Please Note - Afterpay/Zippay payments cannot be refunded. 

ALL OTHER PROMOTION CODES & SALE ITEMS

If you have applied a ‘limited time’ COUPON CODE  to your cart, or if the item/s you have purchased are on SALE, we are able to offer you a credit note or an exchange only. We are unable to offer you a refund on these items.

AFTERPAY & ZIPPAY

If you have used Afterpay or Zippay to purchase your order & you wish to return your item/s ; Please be aware that you will be eligible for a credit note only.
Unfortunately we cannot refund these sales.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM/S

We will be able to assist your return within the following guidelines;

1.  Item has not been worn, altered, washed or damaged.
2.  Item is in saleable condition, in original packaging with all swing tags still intact.
3. Item is returned in a timely manner to ensure we have the item back instore within 7 days of delivery. 

Process;

1.  Please notify us of the item you would like to refund, exchange or credit. We must be aware of your intention to return and we must approve your return BEFORE sending it to us. Please notify us via email or phone as soon as possible.

1.  Once we are notified of your intent to return we will be able to give you the correct address to return your item along with an RA number.
2. Please email us your return tracking number to avoid having shipping delays affect your refund or credit note process with us. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Cupid & Beau offers worldwide shipping! However, we are unable to offer refunds on any International returns. International returns will be subject to an exchange or credit note only.

*Return Items must be received by Cupid & Beau within 7 days of your orders delivery date. If we do not receive them within this time frame we cannot approve your return for refund, credit or exchange. 

PLEASE NOTE- Cupid & Beau reserves the right to withhold any discounts including first time buyer discount on preorders and limited edition/in demand items.

NOTE-  Due to our online customers having the inability to try on our products before purchase, our refund policy does not extend to our boutique. Exchange/credit note allowed instore only.
