PLEASE READ OUR STORE POLICY CAREFULLY AND IN FULL BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE.

Cupid & Beau offers an easy, hassle free process for all change of mind orders.

If you are not completely happy with your order, please return it to us for an exchange or credit note. We do not offer refunds for change of mind at this time.

Where Final Sale is stated with promo; all sales are final and not eligible for return for store credit or exchange. Please choose carefully during this time

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM/S

*If you wish to return your order you need to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. If for any reason there is a delay in our response to you; we will take this timeframe into consideration

 

We will be able to assist your return within the following guidelines;

  1.  Item has not been worn, altered, washed or damaged.
  2.  Item is in saleable condition, in original packaging with all swing tags still intact.
  3. Item is returned in a timely manner to ensure we have the item back instore within 7 days of delivery. 

Process;

  1.  Please notify us of the item you would like to refund, exchange or credit. We must be aware of your intention to return and we must approve your return BEFORE sending it to us. Please notify us via email as soon as possible.

  1.  Once we are notified of your intent to return we will be able to give you the correct address to return your item along with an RA number.
  2. Please email us your return tracking number to avoid having shipping delays affect your credit note process with us. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Cupid & Beau offers worldwide shipping! The same policy applies to all International orders. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to return your order due to the longer return shipping time. 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item from us, firstly we are so sorry. 

Please contact us via email and provide supporting information such as images and a description of the fault. 

We will follow these 3 steps to rectify the situation

1.Repair : If item is able to be repaired we will cover all costs

2.Replace : If item is unable to be repaired we will replace the item

3,Refund : If item is unable to be replaced we will refund you in full
