If you are not completely happy with your order please return it to us for a refund (full priced & domestic items only), exchange or credit note. (minus shipping costs)

We will be able to assist you within the following guidelines;

  1.  Item has not been worn, altered, washed or damaged.
  2.  Item is in saleable condition, in original packaging with all swing tags still intact.
  3. Item is returned within 3 days of receiving. Please inform us of your returns tracking number.

Yes we absolutely do ship worldwide! ; However, we are unable to offer refunds on any International returns. International returns will be subject to an exchange or credit note only.


If you have used Afterpay or Zippay to purchase your order & you wish to return your item/s ; Please be aware that you will be eligible for a credit note only.
Unfortunately we cannot refund these sales. 

Items where our first time user code has been applied is eligible for refund within 7 days; however any other promotional code is not applicable for refund. We are able to offer a credit note or exchange only.
